O'PRO

Atlantic efficient and reliable anti-corrosion system

The O’Pro passive electronic anti-corrosion system provides a good protection and extended service life for your water heater and contributes to your comfort and savings.

The ohmic resistor of the O’Pro technology, is a passive electronic anti-corrosion device. It balances out the electric potentials of the tank and heating element. The life of the magnesium anode is therefore, considerably increased and the tank protection against corrosion is reinforced.

The exclusive O’Pro technology is a modern generation of passive electronic anti-corrosion protection for your DHW production appliance.

« Our permanent quest for technical innovation and efficiency is fully reflected in our DHW production and water heater technologies! »

The O’Pro technology guarantees that your DHW production appliance has a long service time without failure. You can even expect a +50% tank lifetime!

Aggressive waters generate corrosion; balanced waters create a natural protection for the appliance and hard waters generate large scale deposits. O'Pro technology is adapted to all! Perfect for balanced waters, it is also recommended for aggressive and hard ones.

Consequently, O'Pro is also fully part of your comfort and savings regarding DHW production.

Loic, our DHW production and water heater technologies specialist at Atlantic Paris: « With our exclusive O’Pro technology, both the life of the magnesium anode and the protection of the tank are increased! ».

ACi Hybrid

Atlantic patented state-of-the-art anti-corrosion system

If you're focused on reducing your DHW bill, you want to avoid having your water heater working at full capacity when you don’t need it to. Without any sacrifice on your level of comfort, Atlantic Auto mode allows you to do so.

It is fitted with a state-of-the-art titanium/magnesium anodes system. Located at the centre of the appliance, the titanium anode is driven by an electronic PCB that produces a millivoltage electric current. It provides the tank with an extended lifetime protection, replacing the magnesium anode.

Through its electronic controls, the ACI Hybrid system interacts with its environment and anticipates the variations in water quality.

« Atlantic constantly works towards making our DHW production and water heater technologies more reliable and efficient! »

Loic, DHW production and water heater technologies specialist at Atlantic: « Atlantic's exclusive patented ACI Hybrid technology can double the service life of your water heater without malfunction! ».

The ACI Hybrid system guarantees your DHW production appliance an extended service life. If you use it, your water heater can last up to 2 times longer!

This exclusive technology comes with a practical control light which indicates that it is operational.

With ACI Hybrid technology, you don't need to worry about your water quality. It adjusts its functioning to it!

For all these reasons, it is fully part of your comfort and savings regarding DHW production.

« Since Atlantic's DHW production and water heater technologies are among the best-performing worldwide, you will be fully satisfied with our appliances! »

Steatite

Atlantic ceramic heating technology for your comfort

Atlantic develops the Steatite exclusive patented technology achieving long-lasting service in the day-per-day use, as well as optimum efficiency & savings.

A GET-AWAY FREE CARD FROM YOUR WATER QUALITY ISSUES

Water is a chemical agent charged with positive and negative ions. When the number of ions is balanced, the water charge is neutral.

However, depending on region, water supply isn’t always balanced. Aggressive, highly mineralised, and hard water can create corrosion or scale, reducing the performance and lifetime of your water heater.

With Atlantic Steatite technology, you don’t have to worry about it anymore. The Steatite heating element is particularly well adapted to unbalanced waters thanks to:

No direct contact with the water

A large heat exchange surface that reduces scale deposits

With Atlantic Steatite technology, you water heater will remain efficient and long lasting in harsh conditions

A USER-FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY

THE CALCIUM DEPOSIT OR SO-CALLED LIMESTONE IS GOOD TO YOUR WATER HEATER…BUT IN VERY LIMITED QUANTITY.

Over time, from soft or hard, the water tends to balance itself by rejecting the excess particles.

In case of soft-aggressive water, the excess aggressive particles attack the metal tank through the natural microscopic cracks of the enameling. Eventually this leads to a tank leak.

Analogically, in case of hard water, the protective particles in excess accumulate on the tank walls and form a protective film. Despite its bad image, in limited quantity, the limestone protects the water tank from corrosion.

The Steatite heating element is protected by an enameled steel sleeve. This grants a large heat exchange surface, which reduces heating noise. Its replacement does not require the water heater to be drained for maintenance, a strong bonus for easy maintenance.

With Atlantic Steatite technology, enjoy hot water without functioning noises or maintenance nightmares!

A POWERFULL SOURCE OF COMFORT

Atlantic provides the widest range of water heaters fitted with Steatite technology, to provide you with a solution tailored to your precise needs.

Steatite water heaters are equipped with heating elements powered from 1200W to 3000W, for you to benefit from fast water heating no matter the outside temperature.

And the ranges include 30L to 300L capacity tanks, so you and your family will never run out of hot water.

In addition, the specificities of each range guaranties an adapted solution to your installation dimension requirements.

With Atlantic Steatite range options, find a tailored solution to your hot water requirements!

Diamond-quality enamel

The first protection of your tank by Atlantic

The first role of enamel is to protect hot water tanks, steel sleeves (in Steatite technology...) or other elements of DHW appliances from scale deposits and rust.

A low-quality tank has much higher risk of corrosion and malfunction. In that respect, obtaining the ideal thickness of enamel is very important too. Indeed, if the thickness is too thin, the dilution of enamel will cause corrosion. If there is too much corrosion, the enamel will crack.

Therefore it's tremendously important to use the best possible quality enamel to ensure robustness, proper operation, and long life for your water heater.

The diamond-quality defines our high resistance enamel. It guarantees your hot water tank a long service time without failure.
The diamond-quality enamel is a product of our expertise on that technology and the composition of our enamel. In fact, the zirconium contained in the enamel we use is also used to create artificial diamonds!

Loic, our DHW production and water heater technologies specialist at Atlantic: « With our diamond-quality enamel, you can rest at ease. Your water heater is perfectly protected and will have an extended service life without failure! ».« Our new generation diamond-quality enameling ranks among the best of its kind worldwide! »

Regarding our proficiency in producing diamond-quality enamel, we have conceived a set of highly sophisticated procedures:

- The preparation and cleaning of the steel inner surfaces before enameling uses 30 bars shot blasting or compressed air cleaning techniques.

- The coating techniques consist of a flow coating rotating process (small capacity water heaters), running ball technique (floor standing, large capacities, combi & indirect) and spray technique with pulverised electrostatic powder (medium capacities).

- The key to obtaining the best enamel possible is by ensuring that the water contained in the enamel does not escape suddenly, hence it is necessary to decrease its porosity. The techniques used to achieve this objective are: air jetting at 60°C, steaming at 140°C, and cooking at 850°C.

- In order to ensure the best product possible, our enamel is subject to strict quality controls during each preparation: quality controls of enamel after reception (density, fineness…), for each series, control of the enamel layer thickness after cooking and for each product, visual control of the inner tank surface before assembly.

« Atlantic has chosen an ecological solution, far safer than acid scouring, for its enameling! »
